I use Photoshop CS3 and I get my textures from [link] and random ones I've found here on dA (I'm always collecting) annnd I use custom brushes my boyfriend made for me.

thank you much! I tried to use PS for coloring but always had hard time reaching the painty look like in SAI. Probably because i can't define the brushes as i would like >.<
